This is the most complex handle we have ever made.
It comprises more than 3.26 million lines of G-code, machined on a five-axis CNC engraving machine — a process that took over 24 hours alone.
From raw material preparation to final polishing and finishing, the total production time exceeded 100 hours. This was an extraordinarily labor-intensive project, but we finally completed it.
Originally, we planned to launch this product in early 2024. For various reasons, however, we only completed it today.
During Spring Festival, we received many inquiries from customers: "Why isn't there a Dragon Year limited brush this year?"
We patiently assured everyone that there would be one — but the plan was postponed because we had launched multiple projects simultaneously. These are groundbreaking projects, and their creation is extraordinarily complex. They require not only significant capital investment in equipment, but also an enormous amount of energy.
Fortunately, our team has been learning and growing throughout. We independently completed every step — from mastering 3D modeling to operating five-axis CNC.
We experienced many setbacks, but we persevered.
This also means that we are now capable of producing highly complex shaving handles in the future.
