In 2024, we produced twice as many products as in 2023. We welcomed many new customers — thank you all. Our repeat purchase rate remains exceptionally high, and we feel fortunate to have such loyal customers. In 2025, we will provide even better customer service. To that end, we have welcomed a new colleague to our customer service team.
A New Era for Badger Hair Knots
In 2025, we will usher in a new era for badger hair knots.
We are applying new methods starting at the raw material classification stage. This year, we will launch badger hair knots in two distinct textures, and we will gradually replace our existing product lines — enabling customers to make more precise choices.
I believe this is a deeply meaningful process: it will finally move beyond the old raw material classification system that has persisted for decades.
The first batch of badger hair knots produced under the new classification system will be available during our anniversary celebration — stay tuned.
New Super Fiber
We will also launch a new Super Fiber in 2025. This time, we are using new raw materials from Hyundai's factory in South Korea — materials that deliver an unexpected feel.
We have entered the sample production stage, and we expect it to be available by summer at the earliest.
The Razor Project
It is also worth mentioning — unfortunately, our razor did not arrive as scheduled.
The main reason is that we have not yet designed a razor that is clearly differentiated from other brands on the market. I believe we need more inspiration. This project has already cost us significant financial and human resources, and the delay in producing a truly unique, original product has resulted in substantial losses.
In any case, we will continue to invest more energy in this project throughout 2025, and we hope to launch OUMO RAZOR as soon as possible.
