I am honored to share an update with you all.
ST-2 has entered the final stage of research and development. We are currently choosing between two specifications: ultra-fine fiber and sub-fine fiber. But we want to leave the final decision to you, our community.
We will do our best to send both fiber knot variants to our testers for evaluation. The final ST-2 specification will be decided based on your feedback.
Our goal is to deliver a fiber with the ultimate feel, using the same DONGLI material as ST-1. The difference lies in a more sophisticated production process.
We also considered Hyundai fiber from South Korea, but its processing technology is not yet mature. This material may instead be used in ST-3, planned for 2025.
During ST-2 development, we also wanted to try a spiral-wire structure, which offers superior water retention. However, it proved difficult to manufacture and drove up costs, so we had to abandon it.
These things take time. Fortunately, we still have many technologies to explore — and we look forward to delivering even more surprising products in the future.
