We have received 9 high-quality reports, 12 standard reports, and several brief reports. The high-quality reports contain exceptionally valuable feedback, with some testers even developing more rigorous testing methodologies. We are deeply moved and sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time and expertise.

Due to our current workload, we are unable to respond individually, but we have assigned quality ratings to every report. All contributors of high-quality reports will be invited as special participants in future global testing programs. Thank you again for your invaluable support.


I. Loft Parameter Feedback

Based on the consolidated feedback, we have reached a clear conclusion regarding loft:

  • High density + 50mm loft: No negative feedback on backbone was received from any sample. This configuration performs well with both 25mm Fan and Bulb shapes, and results were consistent across two different material samples.
  • Standard density version: Similarly, no negative comments on backbone were reported. The feel is notably closer to the ST-2, a characteristic clearly reflected in the feedback descriptions.
  • Low density + 54mm loft: This combination received the most critical feedback, with testers generally reporting weaker backbone.

Based on these findings, the production version will offer two different densities, with a relatively conservative and balanced loft specification.


II. Feel and Material Comparison

In terms of tip softness:

  • Standard density (50mm loft) and high density (54mm loft) performed similarly, with testers describing the feel as close to the ST-2.
  • However, the high-density test brush (50mm loft) was explicitly rated as less soft than the ST-2.

Regarding Material A versus Material B, feedback showed virtually no discernible difference — only a 10–15% variation in fine fiber content, and no reports of scratchiness. This confirms that the difference is negligible in practical use.

Nevertheless, the test group with a higher proportion of fine fibers received more positive comments regarding softness. Therefore, the production version will increase the proportion of fine fibers, which aligns with our current material preparation. It is worth noting: internal blind testing allowed us to clearly perceive the difference between the two materials, whereas the global test — conducted without a reference point — provided more direct and objective conclusions.


III. Workmanship and Quality Control

Several testers reported the undesirable appearance of inverted hairs. Blending two types of fibers can occasionally cause this issue, but we can confirm that the production version will systematically address this problem.


IV. Knot Shape Optimization

From the feedback, we noticed that some testers confused the Fan and Bulb shapes. Notably, the Bulb shape received significantly better tactile feedback than the Fan shape. Upon review, we found that the test brush's Bulb shape was actually closer to a high-arc Fan shape.

For the production version, we will optimize both knot shapes:

  • Fan Shape: Larger arc radius
  • Bulb Shape: Closer to a Fire Shape

V. Knot Size Recommendations

Many testers felt that the current 25mm test knot was too small, suggesting that 27mm would unlock stronger performance potential. We strongly agree with this view, especially for the Bulb shape, where a larger knot size provides a more substantial and satisfying face feel.


VI. Launch Plan

  • First release: Available today as the EX version
  • SHD version: Will be launched at a later date, as certain parameters still require fine-tuning
