Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. 
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next 
business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

1. Alibaba Logistics (Standard)
   Estimated delivery: 10–30 days (total transit time)
   Coverage: Global — virtually any destination
   Tracking: Full tracking available; tracking becomes active upon handover 
   to local postal partner (e.g., USPS in the USA)
   Duties & Taxes: Usually included; VAT not required in most cases

2. DHL Express
   Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
   Coverage: Global
   Tracking: End-to-end tracking included
   Duties & Taxes: VAT may apply upon delivery depending on destination country

3. FedEx
   Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
   Coverage: Global
   Tracking: End-to-end tracking included
   Duties & Taxes: VAT may apply upon delivery depending on destination country

Important Notes

- Backup Carriers: If your selected shipping method is unavailable, we will 
  contact you to discuss alternative options before proceeding.

- Customs Declarations: We default to declaring goods under $50 USD per 
  international shipping regulations. Please contact us before placing your 
  order if you require a different declaration amount.

- Delivery estimates include order processing time, warehouse transit 
  (3–5 days for Alibaba Logistics), international shipping, and destination 
  customs clearance.

- OUMO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures 
  or local postal services beyond our control.
